About the role
As a Market Analyst at Cemvision, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our strategies and operations by providing data-driven insights and research. Your work will directly impact our understanding of the market, helping us navigate through the complexities of the cement sector and related markets. You will report to our CMO and be a key team member.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing market research to deeply understand the green construction sector and related markets, such as building materials and other cement-consuming industries.
Analyze data regarding for example carbon taxes, industry policies, competitive landscape, and markets, providing actionable insights.
Own the analysis and tracking of our marketing and communication, measuring their effectiveness and impact.
Support all departments with data, statistics, and facts to strengthen internal cases and strategies.
Build presentations and reports that convey complex data in a clear and compelling manner, showcasing the advantages of green cement solutions.
What do you need to succeed?
To be successful, you should have a ‘no-problem-too-big’ attitude and be highly resourceful. This means a lot of drive, an analytical mindset, and being motivated by collaborating with others and getting things done.

Passion for sustainability and green technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, which includes being flexible and adaptable to change.
An interest in statistics, with the ability to connect the dots and derive meaningful insights, as well as the initiative to discuss and explore potential implications.
Quick learner with the ability to immerse in new topics and generate insights/data swiftly.
Broad knowledge of various software applications, and with an open mind to learn new ones.
Strong background in data research, automation, and preferably visualization of data.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for condensing complex information into digestible, engaging content.
A passionate reader and learner, always on the lookout for new information and trends in the sustainability and construction sectors.
Startup or VC experience is a strong plus.

Location: Stockholm HQ. A prerequisite for this position is that non-Swedish applicants must have the necessary residence permits to work and be present on-site in Stockholm.
